It is now feb 8 continuing to make my goals.  Last week and this week I am working on 200 pushups a day and 400 situps.  Then I skip the weekend.  Ill see what I like best.  I felt really good Monday but yesterday and today have been rough.  We will see how it goes.  I really like the muscles and so does my wife!
